Key Definitions

Site

The website located at hujubu-lozopu.info and all pages, subdomains, and content associated with it.

Materials

All course videos, written content, downloadable templates, worksheets, guides, and other resources made available through the Site, whether free or paid.

User

Any individual or entity that accesses the Site or uses the Materials, whether or not they have purchased a course.

Course

The food truck fleet expansion educational program described on the Site, including all modules, videos, and associated downloadable resources.

Operator

Hujubu Lozopu, the entity that owns and operates the Site, located at 1372 Peachtree St NE Suite 312, Atlanta, GA.

A. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator under the laws of the State of Georgia.

B. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Site and Materials for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may download and use templates and worksheets for use in your own food truck business. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Materials without prior written permission from the Operator. You may not use the Site or Materials in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

C. Intellectual Property

E. Course Access and Enrollment

Access to paid course content is granted upon completion of enrollment and payment. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or course access with other individuals. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, without obligation to provide a refund except where required by applicable law. Course content may be updated, modified, or reorganized from time to time at the Operator's discretion.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR MATERIALS, EVEN IF THE OPERATOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. I. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Atlanta, Georgia. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

J. Modifications to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Users who have purchased course access prior to a material change in Terms will be notified by email where reasonably practicable.
